If you have a particularly complex medical history requiring detailed and timely analysis of reports, letters, and requests of further investigations, we may set a mutually agreed bespoke fee in advance to ensure a predictable cost for clients.

Abnormal results above may require further formal laboratory blood tests with an extra fee.

*Some reviewing of GP notes, outpatient and discharge letters is expected, but if excessive, further information is required, and/or referral to specialists is required, you may be informed of a further fee for my time and services.  The above is general guide, but I aim to keep extra fees to a minimum.

Full disclosure of medical history and supply of any applicable and available documentation prior to the appointment can help prevent unexpected fees, and also maximise the chance of being issued your medical certificate at the time of the appointment. 

Where possible, I will advise of any further information required prior to your appointment upon review of your application.
